Internship :

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the DMC field.  This is a non-paid position.  Hours are flexible – Monday through Friday (weekends & evenings optional.)  Support and learning in a wide variety of areas within the destination management field including proposals & presentations (marketing), operations (logistics) invoicing and correspondence (administration).

As you are helping us, we also want to help you! We hope to provide you with business skills as well as the overall knowledge of what it takes to run a business. Event Coordinator / Manager (Bhopal)

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in the related industry of hospitality such as event production, meeting planning, special events, destination management, convention services; demonstrated success in managing people and resources; ability to create and manage a budget; high level of writing and communication skills, flexible, a collaborative style; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks flawlessly; strategic and creative thinking skills; strong account management; knowledgeable of local community and social scene of M.P..

Candidate needs to have a flexible schedule and have a positive attitude. Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Position is located in Bhopal but must be comfortable to travel to programs throughout M.P.


Content Writer (Bhopal)

Basic requirements: 1-2 years in content writing (fresher with an aptitude for writing may also apply). A flair for writing. Sound knowledge of English language.

Brief profile: To write content for all external communication of the organization for e.g. sms, blogs, advertisements, website content, brochures, flyers. To proof read content for all marketing related documents/items.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge on products/destinations available, able to handle client queries independently, have great customer handling skills and good command over English and work on tight schedules. International Ticketing Counter Executives (DELHI)  

We have immediate openings for International counter reservation/ ticketing executives in Delhi. The candidates should have thorough knowledge of international ticketing, proficient in Galileo/Amadeus CRS, competitive Fare Pricing of travel itineraries, Automated ticketing, Itinerary planning, Reissuance etc and be able to work on tight schedules and demanding environment. Excellent command over English language and minimum work experience of  8 years of having worked at a similar level in a reputed IATA Agency a pre-requisite.

The Ticketing Executives position is for Shift duties (Morning:0600-1430hrs) & Night (2200-0630hrs). Company transport pickup and drop is provided to Night shift employees. For Morning shift, home pickup is offered.

Business Development Executive (BHOPAL, NEW DELHI) –  We are looking for a smart Business Development Executive (Female) who has the capability to think out of the box, is computer savvy, has ability to sell on the phone. People with prior knowledge of Corporate Travel preferred. The applicant must be Graduate/MBA from reputed college, have at least 2 years of work experience in TeleSales, and Hospitality industry and ability to spot opportunities and close the deals. Your responsibility will be to develop and implement the business plan and strategy that will deliver new and increased revenue contribution. Salary to commensurate with experience.


Outside Sales Manager (BHOPAL, NEW DELHI) - We are seeking independent regional sales executives in MP market. The applicant must have at least 5 years of work experience in the Corporate Travel Sales and should have strong networking skills and ability to spot opportunities. Your responsibility will be to develop and implement the business plan and strategy that will deliver new and increased revenue contribution, whilst retaining and evolving existing client portfolio. This will be achieved through the successful negotiation and delivery of broad commercial agreements and tactical incentives that will ensure efficient and profitable use of our capacity.Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in a Region.  

Ideal Background for this position: 

  • • Sales and Marketing experience in the Travel and Corporate Procurement segment. 
  • • Strong understanding of Travel industry.

Onsite Support Staff - Our Onsite Support Staff are key members in the success of our daily operations. Our objective when hiring support staff is to select individuals who bring education, energy, and expertise in all areas of hospitality management including special events, transportation management, and tours and activities. Within in this role, the onsite support staff member will be expected to bring to the table a superior level of personalized service and attention to detail. Specific tasks include hotel or event logistics, site inspections, registration of activities, technology support, manifest or rooming lists management, off-site venue coordination and on-site management. He or she will manage logistics for airport arrivals, tours, ground transportation and dispatch.



Program Manager/Operations - The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of his/her programs including; developing and implementing workflow processes and organizational structure and managing internal and external relationships. Specific responsibilities include managing project budgets, seasonal staff, event reconciliation and the daily operations and implementation of all events, meetings, and campaigns. The Program Manager will also be responsible for taking a lead role in developing best practices and strong relationships with internal customers, external customers, suppliers, and vendors.
