We prefer Secured Net Banking / ATM Banking. Any Bank charge if applicable will be extra. Reservation confirmation only after full payment received in our bank accounts. After payment done please inform us with transaction details.

In Real Time Online Booking scenario availability changes frequently. Such bookings are beyond our control. In case if we receives your payment after the service becomes unavailable then we will not be able to make the bookings, then we could suggest you the best alternate available, other than that we will refund the amount. No claims other than refund will be entertained in any circumstance.

Our Company’s Payment policy applies once your reservation has been confirmed. A confirmed reservation implies when you have secured your reservation by providing your money transfer or other payment disbursement on the price which is mutually agreed upon for the requested service. If for some reason, the price confirmed in the email does not correspond with your understanding, please do let us know and contact us immediately.


50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid 15 days before commencement of the services. However, the company reserves the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time remaining for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above all the bookings commencing during peak season  100% advance has to be paid to upon confirmation.


Bookings are not transferable.

Reservation will stand cancelled if the tourist fails to avail the designated services within 3 hours of his scheduled time of arrival. Reservation will, however, be continued if a tourist is able to inform the concerning person about his late arrival. Late arrival will not absolve the tourist from paying full tariff.

In case a tourist shortens the duration of his proposed service, the advance paid for the unused service will not be adjusted. No refund will be admissible.

Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.Taxes as applicable will be extra (payable at the unit).

In Case of power cut only fan and light will work through generator.

You will get a confirmation via email / SMS once a booking is made and the print out of Travel Vouchers can be used for traveling along with the identification/identity proof selected by you at the time of booking. Therefore we request you to kindly ensure that the correct email ID & mobile number are entered while making the booking.Management reserves the right to cancel advance booking in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.


Photo identity proof is a must for making and availing every booking.Photo Identity Proof:  . 1. Passport 2. Voter identification Card 3. Driving License 4. PAN Card 5. Central Government Or State Government issued Employee identification. 6. Student identity Card with photograph issued by recognized School/College for their students. 7. Nationalized Bank Passbook with photograph. For Foreign Nationals valid Passport is compulsory.

The above is our standard cancellation policy. In case of difference, the cancellation policy of the service provider will prevail.
NO CASH REEFUND will be given. Bank charges that are being levied by the Payment Gateways/Banks are not subject to refund in the event of cancellation of tickets/bookings by the Customer Service Charges is also not refundable. The refund amount will be credited to the respective account electronically. The above is our standard cancellation policy. In case of difference, the refund policy of the service provider will prevail.

Offline Booking - Make a query with us, select the service, request for pay, get a Provisional Invoice payable online. Pay using online Payment Gateway Options.

Agents are requested to Deposit Cash / Cheque / Online Transfer to Bank accounts.

Our accounts department is operational from Monday through Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM . All deposit updates are only made during the time the accounts department is open. You can make deposit in any of the banks mentioned above.
